What you'll build

Real portfolio pieces built during the course, not a certificate for its own sake. Each one is work you can show.

  • Event forecast noteA half-hour forecast for a known event: the normal baseline, the uplift taken from the last time the same thing happened, the result for each day, and the assumptions that would change it.
  • Staffing plan for the peakHow many agents the peak needs and why: the workload in Erlangs, the Erlang C result for 80% in 20 seconds, who is really available, the gap, and the changes that close it.
  • Intraday logWhat happened on the busiest morning, minute by minute: what the dashboard showed, what you changed, the effect, and what you deliberately did not do.
  • Week report to the clientService by day against the contract, the missed day told first with its cause, what worked, how accurate the forecast was, and the one thing the client needs to change.
