Neither one is a job guarantee, and the certificate certifies completion of the course, not an industry certification.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No - the free practice tests are open to anyone, no account required, up to 20 graded questions a day. An account removes that daily cap and unlocks the full question banks, flashcards, study notes and the exam simulator.
