How to delete your account

CertClue account deletion is self-serve and available on both web and mobile. It does not require contacting support.

On the web: log in, go to Settings, and choose Delete account under the danger zone. Type your email address to confirm.

On the mobile app: log in, go to Profile, and choose Delete account under the danger zone. Type your email address to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent, not a delayed or soft delete. It removes your profile, your certification enrollments, every practice question and exam attempt, flashcard and study note progress, your generated study plan, your readiness scores, and any review or testimonial you submitted.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund it. Cancel first from Settings, then delete your account.

Billing records may be retained separately for legal and tax purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. No other data is kept.

Can't log in?

If you can no longer sign in to the account you want deleted, email privacy@certclue.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
