What you'll build

Real portfolio pieces built during the course, not a certificate for its own sake. Each one is work you can show.

  • SEO auditA prioritised audit of a real site, sorted into technical health, intent match and credibility, with dated evidence, a confidence level and an owner on every finding.
  • Campaign plan with measurement planA full campaign plan from business outcome to risks, with the measurement plan attached: the conversion defined in advance, the window, the stopping rule, and what the measurement will not be able to see.
  • Analytics report with recommendationsA one page report in five sections that opens with the decision, keeps observation and interpretation visibly apart, states what it cannot tell you, and ends with owners and dates.
  • Landing page critiqueA critique of a live page where every observation is tied to one of the six questions a visitor arrives with, ranked by severity, with a specific proposed change and an honest note on what can and cannot be measured.
  • Content calendarFour to six weeks of planned content, each row carrying the customer question it answers, funnel stage, channel, owner, due date, call to action and how you would judge it.
  • Channel reconciliation and agreed definitionsFour sources counting the same signups, reconciled: what each one counts and over what window, how it assigns credit, where it overlaps another source with the overlap given as a number, which record the company treats as the total, and the definitions agreed in writing so the same argument does not arrive next quarter.

Just enough theory to function: what the job actually is, why the funnel is a diagnostic tool rather than a wall poster, how the channels genuinely differ from each other, what SEO and paid search really consist of underneath the acronyms, and why you design what you are measuring before a campaign launches rather than after.
