  • Receiving inspection logA delivery of 32 GPU servers checked before signing: serials against the shipping notice, triggered damage indicators recorded and photographed, a mismatched unit held, and every server unboxed and inspected under ESD control.
  • Burn-in dispositionA 24-hour burn-in on 32 servers read and acted on: a memory fault isolated with a swap test, a coolant leak made safe, a firmware mismatch corrected, and a clear list of what goes forward.
  • Rack and power planA deployment plan checked against rack power and redundancy: the load per rack, the one-feed limit the contract implies, the resulting servers per rack and racks needed, and who must agree the change.
  • Acceptance reportA customer handover that says exactly what is ready: 31 nodes accepted with evidence, one pending with its reason and time, parts replaced and returned, labels corrected and the rack layout explained.
